Why Rope Access?

Rope access is an alternative access method to the use of scaffolding or mobile elevated working platforms (MEWPS).

One of the many advantages of rope access is that it takes little time to set up. Our technicians can be on site, complete the works and pack up within as little as a few hours, depending on the size of the job. For the same job scaffolding could take weeks or even months to set up, incurring many fees along the way such as staff wages and scaffold hire, plus whatever it takes to construct, it takes the same time to dismantle. Unlike scaffolding, rope access does not harm the appearance of your building or premises.

MEWPS are not always feasible due to the size of the machines struggling to access areas or uneven ground not allowing stability.

They also have a limit on achievable height and again can be costly to hire. Rope access has no height limits. If you have regular rope access maintenance requirements, it is also possible to install conspicuous eyebolts to reduce future works set up time, with little to no harm to your buildings cosmetics.

Rope access utilises many techniques and equipment that allow for access to the most challenging of spaces.
